150A 10-35KV cage type De-Energized Tap Changer (OCTC)
Established in 2001, Liaoning Jinli Electric Power Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd holds RMB 5 million registered capital. We are a national high‑tech & National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, equipped with a provincial‑level enterprise technology center, specialized in R&D, production and sales of transformer tap‑changers.
We supply our products to more than 20 overseas markets across South Korea, Russia, Switzerland, Australia, Thailand, India, Peru and others. Our major export items include 10‑35 kV on‑load tap‑changers, as well as linear, disc and plate‑style off‑circuit tap‑changers.
Tap‑changers are key voltage‑regulating components for oil‑immersed transformers up to 35 kV, extensively used in medium‑ and low‑voltage distribution systems.
This series of off‑circuit tap‑changers boasts compact layout, simple mechanical design and reliable operation. Tap‑position adjustment shall only be performed when the transformer is completely de‑energized. Built with high‑strength insulating materials and wear‑resistant conductive components, these tap‑changers are well‑suited for oil‑immersed operating conditions, delivering outstanding resistance to ageing, vibration and temperature variation. Tap selection is completed via simple manual rotation, resulting in minimal maintenance requirements over the service life.
Typical application scenarios cover urban‑rural distribution networks, industrial parks, residential complexes and small‑scale power stations. By adjusting the transformer transformation ratio, the tap‑changer stabilizes output voltage and mitigates voltage deviations arising from load changes and line losses.
