De-Energized Tap Changer (DETC) for three-phases transformers
Founded in 2001, Liaoning Jinli Electric Power Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. features a registered capital of RMB 5 million. We are a national high‑tech enterprise specializing in the research & development, manufacturing and worldwide supply of a complete portfolio of transformer tap‑changers.Recognized as a National Intellectual Property Advantage Enterprise, the company runs a provincial‑level enterprise technology center to sustain continuous technical improvement. Our products are exported to more than 20 countries and regions including South Korea, Russia, Switzerland, Australia, Thailand, India and Peru. Key export items include 10‑35 kV on‑load tap‑changers, as well as off‑circuit tap‑changers of linear, disc and plate‑type constructions.
Tap‑changers act as critical voltage‑regulation parts for oil‑immersed transformers rated at 35 kV and below, and are widely deployed within medium‑ and low‑voltage distribution networks.
This series of off‑circuit tap‑changers features compact construction, simple mechanical structure and dependable performance. Tap position adjustment can only be carried out after the transformer is fully de‑energized. Manufactured with high‑strength insulating materials and wear‑resistant conductive parts, the tap‑changer is perfectly adapted to oil‑immersed service environments, offering excellent anti‑aging, anti‑vibration and anti‑temperature‑change capabilities. Tap switching is achieved simply by manual rotation, requiring very little maintenance throughout its service life.
It is widely applied in urban and rural distribution networks, industrial parks, residential communities and small‑size power stations. Through transformer ratio adjustment, it stabilizes output voltage and reduces voltage deviations caused by load fluctuations and line losses.
Thanks to cost‑efficient manufacturing, convenient installation and steady performance, these tap‑changers match well with distribution transformers of 35 kV and lower. As the mainstream voltage‑regulating solution for medium‑low‑voltage power systems, they guarantee safe and stable power supply for industrial and domestic end‑users.
