The immersed vacuum on-load tap changer (hereinafter referred to as the tap changer) is a device used for operating oil-immersed power transformers under the conditions of energization or load, to adjust the tap positions of the transformer coil and thereby alter the transformer ratio.

Applicable Scope

This tap changer is applicable to three-phase oil-immersed three-dimensional wound core and laminated-core on-load voltage regulation distribution transformers with a capacity ranging from 100kVA to 630kVA and a voltage ratio of 10/0.4kV.

This tap changer shares the same oil chamber with the transformer.

Technical Advantages

Due to the use of vacuum arc extinguishing in this tap changer, it does not cause pollution to the transformer oil, overcome the disadvantages of oil-immersed tap changers such as large size and the needs to replace the transformer oil inside the tap changer after long-term use.

Operation Control

This tap changer should be equipped with the corresponding on-load voltage regulation controller provided by our factory as the operation control terminal of this tap changer which can be adjusted automatically, manually or remotely, truly achieving automatic and intelligent regulation.

Environmental temperature: -25 ℃ ~ +40 ℃ (When used in environments with temperatures below -40 ℃, please specify at the time of ordering.)
Transformer oil temperature: -25℃ ~ +115℃ (Adopt national standard graded transformer oil, and moisture contamination is not permitted.)
Work environment: No flammable, explosive, corrosive gases or conductive dust
Relative air humidity: ＜ 90%
Altitude: ＜ 2000M
