WDPⅡ4 63/35-6×5 cage type De-Energized Tap Changer (OCTC)
The company is specialized in the R&D, production and after‑sales service of on‑load and off‑load tap changers. Its product portfolio covers over 30 series and more than 5,000 specifications, capable of satisfying diverse application requirements for different power grids and transformers. Custom design and manufacturing of special‑type tap changers are also available.
As one of China’s earliest manufacturers holding independent intellectual property rights for intelligent capacity‑regulating on‑load tap‑changing technology, our products have filled domestic technical gaps and achieved internationally advanced performance. Boasting a global sales network, we maintain long‑term partnerships with numerous well‑known enterprises, with products exported to over 30 countries and regions worldwide.
Tap‑changers serve as core voltage‑regulation components for oil‑immersed transformers up to 35 kV, and are widely applied in medium‑ and low‑voltage distribution systems.
This series of off‑circuit tap‑changers features compact structure, simple mechanical construction and dependable performance. Tap‑position adjustment must be carried out only after the transformer is fully de‑energized. Constructed from high‑strength insulating materials and wear‑resistant conductive parts, these tap‑changers adapt well to oil‑immersed service conditions, and exhibit excellent resistance against aging, vibration and temperature fluctuations. Tap selection is realized by straightforward manual rotation, which ensures low maintenance throughout the entire service life.
Typical applications include urban‑rural distribution networks, industrial parks, residential communities and small‑scale power stations. By adjusting the transformer transformation ratio, the tap‑changer stabilizes output voltage and reduces voltage deviations caused by load fluctuations and line losses.
