W (1+2) star-delta transformation(Y-△)(Ⅳ)de-energized tap changer
Model Meaning
For example:W(1+2)ZⅡ630/40.5-6X5 S(Y)C W model is de-energized triple-phase cylindrical middle single bridge span, rated through-current 630 A, highest voltage for equipment 40.5kV, manual (with remote gear display), side operation, 6 tap, 5 gears, horizontal installation.
Advantages
1.Designed with simplicity in mind, the product has a compact installation size and can be installed flexibly.
2.Designed for a strong operation feel, the product ensures reliable contact and minimizes the possibility of misoperation.
3.Designed with an automatic reset feature, the contact resets automatically.
4.With a miniaturized transformer design and simplified tap changer and transformer connection, the electric field distribution is uniform, allowing for flexible layout configurations.
Advice for user selection and Utilization
Its body and operation parts are created independently, and there are several and varied ways to install it. In making your pick, kindly consider both the body model and the necessary working mechanism.Lead and an actuated insulating rod are included as standard. Please include in the order notification and contract any special requirements. Before installation and usage, the operational insulation rod should be dried with the switch. Once dried, it is ready for use. If there are any specific needs, please take note of the thickness of the insulating paper covering the lead wire.
The neutral point connection technique of the transformer is not denoted by any symbol in the basic model.
A 20% margin should be reserved while choosing its current level, and a similar margin should be included.
The voltage level chosen must satisfy the power frequency and impact specifications for both longitudinal and main insulation.
Please specify any special requirements.
Please request the electronic drawing (in PDF or DWG format) and order specification before placing an order. The clamp tap changer must be installed with both the transformer gripper and the clamp firmly in place. If not, the vibration will cause the clamp's body to move downward, triggering the control lever clutch.
For the radial outlet switch, it is not permitted to force the wiring tap lead root bending wire; instead, lead bending should follow the method of static rolling; the root insulation will bend after lead, so please bandage. For the tap changer and transformer coil tap connection, please connect to its body on the transformer.
Avoid harming the switch by using enough lubricant once it has dried. Its body and operating mechanism are distinct, and during the drying process, the operating mechanism is not dried.
It has a mechanical limit built into its operating mechanism. To prevent damage, do not go above the switch limit gear. When working, kindly utilize the impact force operation.
Please remove the mechanism during operation or the transmission mechanism during the core inspection or field debugging, mark before disassembly, and check the DC resistance and variable ratio to confirm correct installation.
